By commissioning me you are agreeing to all the terms of service listed below, please read to ensure you're aware of everything.

Before I begin anything I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMMISSION ME FOR NSFW ART IF YOU ARE UNDER 18+ YEARS OF AGE In commissioning adult work, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to purchase and view such content. I DO NOT ACCEPT NSFW COMMISSIONS FROM PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
If you’re under age and attempt commission you will be blocked and reported on the platform(s) I was contacted through and permanently blacklisted from commissions in future.

PAYMENTS

All payments are taken in UK, GBP(£)
Please be aware of conversion rates before commissioning.All payments will be taken through PayPal unless stated otherwise.
My PayPal is - [email protected]ALL payments are taken in full upfront.
unless the commission is over £250 I am happy to take a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of half.

Process

  • I do not add your commission to the queue, or start working until payment is received.

  • I require a digitally drawn reference image of the character for any commission type, the image must include all important markings and must not be shaded (this does not apply to sketch commissions)

  • Traditional artwork or game screenshots are also fine but you must accept if there are inconsistencies in colour palette.

  • Commission slots are first come first serve generally.

  • I will send a sketch for approval. if you want changes at this point, please let me know as I will charge extra for major changes after this point.

  • I am allowed to charge extra or even refuse to do any changes to a finished commission, given that these changes need to be done due to a lack of information or poor/confusing communication.

  • It can take up to two months to finish a commission, you will be told about possible delays if there are any

  • I do not work with deadlines, such as birthdays etc. which are closer than a month

Cancelations and refunds

  • It is within my right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

  • Refunds are not possible once the drawing has been finished

  • During any other stage of the commission, you’ll receive a percentage of the original commission price back, based on the status of completion (eg. if the piece is only 25% done, you'll receive 75% of the money back) as well as a file of the progress that I have made so far if any.

TERMS OF USE

  • By commissioning me you confirm that you have the right to use the character that you provide (exception: fanart of popular characters)

  • I retain all rights to my art unless stated otherwise

  • Including the right to use art work in advertisements, art packs and zines.

  • You may only reupload my artwork if you give credit to me as the artist

  • You are allowed to print your commission for personal use only

  • You are not permitted to use my artwork commercially

  • You may not use my artwork in any way in relation to NFTs

  • I prefer if you don’t commission other artists to colour/finish your commission. But you’re very welcome to finish it yourself!

All prices are BASE PRICE additional costs for content, and complexity will be added to total price at my discretion based on how much more time consuming I feel a piece might be.Commissions involving my characters
For commissions involving just my characters the whole commission is 50% off!For a piece involving one of my characters I will only charge £20 per character of mine added regardless of commission type!If you have any questions let me know!

Additional costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Content I’m not as fussed on making

  • Complex characters

  • Complex scenarios or costumes

  • Heavy detailing. Eg. Slob, heavy sweat, detailed internals. detailed post vore remains.
